from our Ayurveda Store. You will also receive a personal coaching session with our three experts every two weeks via Zoom and together we will develop your individual Ayurveda ritual. This will teach you how to apply European Ayurveda®in your everyday life.
For a period of two days, you can also visit us on site at the Sonnhof. Here, an Ayurveda intensive retreat awaits you that is individually tailored to you and your situation.

With Premium Mentoring, we accompany you for six months on your life path. Here, too, you can look forward to a personal Zoom conversation with our three experts every two weeks and you will benefit from two additional energetic clearings and a live cooking class with our nutrition expert.
A two-day live coaching session with a royal, individually tailored Ayurveda retreat awaits you on site at Sonnhof. You can also enjoy a seven-day Pancha Karma cure, a health check including consultation and two yoga & healing sessions at Sonnhof.
