Warm temperatures, endless days and lots of life energy - summer is back! The cosmic bioenergies are also making themselves felt in astrology. After we have already explored our zodiac signs of spring according to European Ayurveda®, this time it is about all summer zodiac signs. Fiery, impulsive and sensitive describes the people who have their birthday in the next months. Today we tell you which doshas particularly influence these zodiacs and what is particularly good for the individual zodiac signs.

Cancer

"Hard shell, soft core" is what Cancer is often said to be. People born under this sign of the zodiac like things to be rather relaxed. They like to approach new tasks in a structured and systematic way. Cancers are assigned to the element of water. Accordingly, Kapha has a strong influence on June and July children. A Cancer person is considered to be very empathic and sensitive. Sometimes even so sensitive that even small arguments are enough to upset the otherwise very harmony-loving crustaceans. Then this summer star sign can mentally or verbally pinch. However, they are reluctant to show their vulnerable side and therefore hide behind their shell. Here it is especially Vata that influences Cancer. Physically and health-wise, the zodiac sign can often have to deal with mucous membranes or respiratory diseases. The psyche also sometimes suffers from too much Vata influence. Meditations and a good immune system are essential for this. The EA Energy Shot is accordingly ideal for the shellfish with heart. It strengthens the defences, balances the bioenergies and strengthens the digestive fire Agni.

Lion

Proud, majestic and spirited is the Leo. This summer star sign is completely assigned to the element of fire. Accordingly, Pitta has the strongest effect on the sign of the zodiac. Professionally, Leo people are often found in leading positions or are successful as self-employed people. They are doers and know what they want. They approach new projects with passion and literally burn for the challenge. Sometimes, however, Pitta can get out of hand and this affects the mood and temperament of the Leo. Hot-temperedness, strong moodiness and mood swings become noticeable. The digestive fire Agni can also be disturbed. Leo-born people should also pay attention to their cardiovascular and vascular conditions. Do a relaxing morning meditation and cool your mind with lemon water that you can drink throughout the day. Our Pitta spice blend also balances the fire dosha.

Virgin

Although we can still enjoy many warm sunny days, we notice that the great time of heat is passing. The sun no longer burns so much from the sky and the days have also already become shorter. Nature is slowly preparing for its annual change to winter, the harvest is approaching. Pitta is slowly flattening out, but Vata and Kapha are becoming stronger again. Virgo-born people are also influenced by this. They love to collect, order and structure things. Harmony and security are important to them. A calm but spirited spirit characterises their nature. Virgos can often have digestive problems. The digestive fire Agni does not burn as strongly as in the summer months, Kapha can easily dampen it. Digestive spices such as cardamom, cumin or ginger are beneficial, support the metabolism and strengthen the immune system. Not too hot and not too fresh, you can ground yourself with a meditation in nature and come to rest.
