Sentences with a positive "I" message are called affirmations. They help you to bring a positive attitude into your thoughts and thus into your subconscious.

Journaling is quite similar to classic diary writing. Instead of documenting the activities of each day, the inner process is more important in journaling. You don't have to write an entry every day, but you can write about it whenever you feel like it. What happened to you that day? How did you feel? Did you take something away with you or did it make you think? These are questions that you can answer for yourself in your entries.

As we mentioned at the beginning, the power of thought is crucial to how we approach and accomplish a task. The easily said advice "think positive" is sometimes difficult to implement. Self-love is something you can learn. One step towards this is affirmations. Tell yourself every day what is good about you. Keep in mind what you are good at and where your strengths lie.
